Le Nelioe Hotel - Aix-en-Provence

The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and quality toiletries in the bathroom. the location was great, with easy access to local attractions and a stunning view from the window. the tea and coffee making facilities and selection of refreshments were a nice touch.

The additional deposit required at check-in was unexpected and a bit of an inconvenience. the air conditioning broke down in the middle of the night, and we had to change rooms, which was an inconvenience.

The room was tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities, including coffee and tea-making facilities and a well-stocked kitchen. The comfortable bed and high-quality shower gel made for a luxurious stay. The location was ideal with stunning views from our room, and it was quiet enough for a relaxing Easter weekend.

The bath towels provided were on the thin side, and there was no bath mat. the TV required an outside subscription, which was inconvenient.

The hotel's breakfast had a wide range of choices and quality TV was available. the location was central and offered serene views from some of the rooms. the rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and tidy, and boxed some extra amenities like a fridge, tea, and coffee.

There was no provision for Netflix and the sizes of bath towels were quite small.

The room was clean, well-decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful view from our room. The tea and coffee facilities and water in the fridge were nice touches, and we appreciated the premium shower gel. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

No complaints. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

Attentive staff, delicious food, quiet and comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, great location.
